Welcome back to another installment of Padilla Designs blog series “Featured Projects” . This blog series focuses on showcasing completed projects of Padilla artwork after they are installed.

KEALA O WAILEA – A beautiful community of luxury, Hawaiian inspired multi-family homes located on the south shore of Maui. It is the latest resort development by Armstrong Builders, consisting of 70 condo villas nestled at the top of Wailea.

We worked together with Armstrong Builders team of architects and designers to bring to life their vision for the entrance gates to their newly developing project.

The project scope consisted of three vehicle entrance gates, signage, pedestrian gates and trash & storage gates. All pieces of the project are made out of forged iron with a custom patina finish by Maui Powder Works.
