We welcome you back to our Padilla Designs Blog series “Featured Projects” with a recap of our  collaboration project with Maui Powder Works and the Masters at Ka’anapali.

It’s important to take care of our homes, businesses and properties, for they are a reflection of our own personality and character. From time to time they need to be updated and given a “face lift”. This next project, in its completion, shows how a simple design can add such an elegant charm to a properties entrance.

The HOA needed a fresh new designs for the entry gates and operators at the Masters at Ka’anapali. Looking to beautify the entry, add value and curb appeal for all the residence, the board approved a custom design of a copper sculptured Bird Of Paradise and stainless steel powder coated frame work. The design allows for wind flow and transparency while offering security. What a transformation!
