Welcome back to another installment of Padilla Designs blog series “Featured Projects” . This blog series focuses on showcasing completed projects of Padilla artwork after they are installed.

One  of our favorite and highly requested deigns is this stunning Banana leaf and Bamboo combination. This design can be fabricated into an array of possibilities, these clients needed an artistic security gate for the entrance to their front yard.

Made with Copper round piping for the exterior frame and the internal bamboo, along with formed copper sheet metal for the Banana and Bamboo leaves. The Frame has an internal stainless steel support system and is finished with a dark bronze patina and natural highlights. The leaves are finished with a living patina applied by hand to attain a natural look.
