In The Studio – Entrance Gate

Welcome back to our “In The Studio” blog series. This blog series brings you projects while they are on the table in the fabrication process. A behind the scenes look into how Padilla Designs makes their magic happen. Enjoy!

These clients came to us wanting a ranch style rod iron entrance gate. The Padilla crew designed and fabricated matching entrance and pedestrian gates made from Aluminum material.

We went with a design that features twisted Aluminum pickets inside of a double swing frame. The Lettering is water jet cut out from Aluminum plate and welded into place with tea toned copper panels along the bottom of the gate for contrast. The frame and body of both gates are finished with a metallic black powder coat by Maui Powder Works.

Please enjoy the following pictures of the fabrication process.
