5-Step Process
The Padilla team prides itself on impeccable project management and consistent, clear communication with each client. Each project, while unique and distinct from the others, will follow a 5-step process:
01: Collaboration
LANDING ON A VISION, AND PARRING THE AESTHETIC DESIGN WITH FUNCTIONAL AND STRUCTURAL DETAILS
In this initial step we begin on the drawing board, balancing the design, material selection and execution with the allowance or estimated budget.
02: Co-Creation
CONFIRMING DIMENSIONS AND THE EXECUTION OF DESIGN
Next, the design team presents final sketches and drawings representing the discussed vision. These drawings share details on the material selections, execution details, and finishing techniques and colors. Often, two or three options are presented to give a range of value and design details.
03: Fabrication
Where talent meets vision
After the design is finalized, the Padilla team translates the two-dimensional drawing into three-dimensional works of art, applying a careful balance between form and function. The drawings never do the finished works of art justice. This is where the magic happens!
04: Shipping
PACKING, CRATING, INSURING, AND SHIPPING THE WORKS TO YOUR DOOR
We supply all of our shipped works with complete installation and operation manuals and our customer service direct phone number is always available for support. Whether you are on island or half way around the world we can pack, crate, and ship all our works directly to your construction site or front door.
05: Installation
ON-TIME INSTALLATION WITH JOB SITE GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Meeting project deadlines and prioritizing our workload is key. When the pieces are finished and ready for installation, we can schedule effectively with all parties involved to execute the complete vision. Installation details and planning really start from the very beginning. In-ground structural, electrical, water or mechanical needs are initiated with submitted shop drawings or sub contracting. These pre-planned details ensure that the installation of the finished piece of art work is seamless.
